Security:

Broadstone Hall and its surrounds are monitored by CCTV cameras which record activity inside and outside, 24 hours a day on to a computer hard disk with instant retrieval available, providing a safe and pleasant living environment

Housekeeping

A regular cleaning service is provided to all common areas, entrance, stairwells and hallways of the building.
Students are responsible for the cleaning of their apartments & bedrooms.
Management do regular visits/inspections of the Apartments and students are liable for the cost of cleaners where apartments are being neglected
Weekly refuse collection

Meals

Accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped for self-catering use.

Laundry and Bed Linen

Bed Linen is provided but students should bring their own towels.
Mattress protectors are provided for health and hygiene purposes.
A self-service, pay as you go, laundry service in available on the ground floor at an extra cost of €2 per machine.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all apartments and all areas of the Residence.

Waste Management

All tenants are responsible for separating their refuse and disposing of it correctly in the bins provided.
