This is a very popular accommodation option and early booking is advised.
To reserve a room at Broadstone Hall for the academic term. Please contact Louise Daly (PPM) to clear availability before sending your application or payment. If accepted please complete the appropriate booking form (Academic Form, Summer Form) and return it along with a Security Deposit of €350.00.
A passport photo signed at the back must accompany this form or the application will be invalid.

Acceptance of Offers

• Please contact Louise Daly to discuss availability prior to application
• Application are accepted on a first come, first served basis
• Please note that not all preferences are guaranteed on the type of room or roommates you will share with.
• Once accepted, a lease agreement will be issued to all students with confirmation of their room booking.
• This agreement must be signed by both the student and their guarantor, and returned with the first installment of the rental payment.
