Academic Year Student Rates

Payments

Cheque or Bank Draft made payable to
‘Property Portfolio Management’ (PPM).
Rent is payable in one installment prior to moving in, or in two equal installments, one prior to moving in and the 2nd payment on the 15th of January.

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of €350.00 is due per student (refundable). After apartments are vacated at the end of the student year a thorough inspection will be carried out to ensure they are left in the condition in which they were received. Upon satisfaction that apartments are in order, the security deposit will be refunded to the occupants within 30 days after the apartment has been vacated, amounts paid and keys surrendered. Deductions will be made in the event of damage or breakage.

Utilities

Electricity/ Gas/ Internet /Cable TV
There is a €385.00 utilities charge which is non-refundable to cover the costs of electricity, gas, cable TV and internet access for the academic year. Electricity and gas are metered per apartment, with the cost being divided equally between residents. If there is a balance owing at the end of the student year, the monies will be deducted from the security deposit.
